Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How much will it cost me?

We will pay all your fees so it will cost you nothing.
    Yes, that's right - nothing!
  2. What types of properties do you buy?

We buy all sorts of residential properties - Detached, Semi Detached, Bungalows, Flats / Apartments and Terraced houses. We also buy land.
  3. My property needs modernising / renovation. Will you still buy it?

Yes we buy properties which require modernising or renovation.
  4. I am in arrears on my mortgage… can you help?

No problems. We will discuss your mortgage situation in detail when we visit you during our initial meeting.
  5. Can I continue living in the property after I sell it?

Yes, you may continue living in the property after you have sold it subject to paying a fair rental price and signing an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreement.
  6. How long will the sale process take?

The sale process is dependent on various outcomes, from how quickly the initial free meeting is set up in, a valuation (if necessary), to property searches and on many occasions how quickly the mortgage company responds to our queries. It also depends on how quickly the seller can respond to our offer and provide the required details. We can usually offer a formal firm cash offer on a property within 48 hours of our first meeting but completion depends on numerous conditions mentioned above.
  7. What will you offer me?

We will offer you a price which is based upon certain variables such as current market conditions, condition of the property, demand for a particular type of property in an area and the costs associated with the sales process. Typically we offer anything from 70% to 90% of the market price. It is important to note that the market price is NOT the advertised price at which similar properties are being sold for but what they actually sell for.
  8. Are all details kept confidential?

The information you provide is kept totally confidential. There are no 'For Sale' or 'Sold' signs put up either.
  9. Is the first meeting totally free and what about your sales people hassling me afterwards?

Yes, the initial meeting is totally free and there is no obligation on your part to do any deals with us. Our Company follows a strict NO high pressure sales policy.
  10. My property is not within any of the areas that you seem to purchase within. Will you still be able to deal with our enquiry?

We have extensive property contacts all over the UK, and it is more than likely that we shall know of someone interested in your property - so please contact us with your enquiry.
